Question: My Charts will not print in Internet Explorer on Windows 2000, or they look strange. Is there anything I can do? Answer: This is a problem with the JVM (Java Virtual Machine) shipped with Windows 2000 and IE and it affects all printing of applets and not only HanengCharts. The Win 2000 user needs to download and install JAVA 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition 1.4.1_02 (or later) and it will work fine. Send your Win 2000 or NT users to http://java.sun.com/getjava/installer.html and have them install J2RE, SE 1.4.1_02 (or later) After the quick install they should be able to print fine.
