Support If you purchased a HanengCharts 2.6 license key for the domain "www.domain.com" the license key would not work for "domain.com" and vice versa. If needed a second license key for the domain name with/with out www. would be emailed to the customer at no extra charge, but this took some time and would require the customer to use two keys instead of one. With HanengCharts 3.0 a license bought for "www.domain.com" will work on both "www.domain.com" and "domain.com" (allthough not "somethingelse.domain.com"). And the same is true if you purchase a license for "domain.com". Demo key updated All demo keys will now start with the text "30DAYDEMO-" so it is easier to see if a demo or a purchased key is in use. This is practical when a customer runs the demo version during development and need to replace the demo key with a purchased key before launch. (The customer can simply search through all the code for the text "30DAYDEMO-"). '_' in domain name support HanengCharts 2.x did not support the char '_' in domain names e.g. "server_1". Support for this has been added. 2 letter domain name support HanengCharts 3.0 now supports 2 letters domain names of. E.g. "s1". Back >>
