Click on the "Buy Now" link for the product you want to purchase on our purchase page (opens in a new window) Step 2. Click on the red "purchase" button on the bottom of the page. Step 3. Fill out the form and choose "Purchase Order" as your payment method. Click the red "Calculate Total" button when you are done. Step 4. You will now get a form that you need to print out and fill in. This form must be faxed with your PO to the fax number at the bottom of the page. At the bottom of the page you will also find all the Company Info you need for your PO including US. Federal Tax ID#.
